Dataky offers exclusively downloadable digital products, including but not limited to:

• Ebooks and guides in PDF format
• Editable templates (Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, etc.)
• Downloadable digital resources and tools
• Digital content packs and bundles

3.2. Product descriptions

We strive to provide accurate and complete descriptions of our digital products. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions will be entirely accurate, up to date, or free from errors.

3.3. Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without prior notice.

4. PURCHASE PROCESS

4.1. User account

To make purchases, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.

6. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive instant access to download your digital products via:

• Your user account area under “My Purchases” (or equivalent)

6.2. Delivery format

Products are delivered in the formats specified in each product description (PDF, Excel, ZIP, etc.).

6.3. Unlimited downloads (time-limited)

You may download your purchased products as many times as you wish for 90 days from the date of purchase. After this period, please contact support to request renewed access.

7. REFUND POLICY

Due to the downloadable nature of our digital products, we do NOT accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

7.1. Exceptions

We will only consider refunds in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same product
• Defective product: If the file is corrupted and cannot be opened (you must report this within the first 48 hours)
• Delivery error: If you received a product different from the one you purchased

7.2. Claim process

To request a refund under the exceptions mentioned above:

1. Contact info@dataky.net within 48 hours of your purchase
2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
3. Attach screenshots or documents that demonstrate the problem (if applicable)

We will review your case within 3–5 business days and inform you of our decision.
